FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Silver Dollar City Cancels 2010 Basketry SeminarEconomic Recession Hits Basketry Seminar08/06/2009 -- We were informed that Silver Dollar City will NOT be holding their annual basketry seminar in May, 2010 due to economic reasons. It was not decided if there will be a future basketry seminar. This is a great loss as it was in a wonderful city that offered plenty of activities for fun loving basket weavers to gather.
